I just finished Notes from the Dog by Gary Paulsen (Grade level 5-9, AR 4 pts). The book is about 14-year-old Finn Duffy, who has specific plans for his summer. As time goes on, he meets his very cool next-door neighbor and things do not go as planned. How is your summer going? Have you met anyone cool? Has anything unexpected come up?
